Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of cybersanso.com, operated by CyberSanso — a free, independent intelligence platform for the global cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS community. By using the Site, including our vendor database, CVE tracker, free tools, glossary, blog, or newsletter, you agree to these Terms. Last Updated: June 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cybersanso.com (the “Site”), operated by CyberSanso (“CyberSanso,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, including our vendor database, CVE tracker, free tools, glossary, blog, or newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Description of Service

CyberSanso is a free, independent intelligence platform for the global cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and SaaS ecosystem. We provide a searchable vendor database covering 150+ categories, a live CVE vulnerability tracker, an A-to-Z cybersecurity glossary, comparison and review content, free browser-based security tools, and a weekly newsletter (“CyberSanso Weekly”). The Site is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional security, legal, financial, or investment advice (see Section 13).

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a professional, adult audience, including CISOs, IT managers, security researchers, investors, consultants, and startup founders. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Free Access — No Account or Payment Required

Our core vendor database, CVE tracker, glossary, and free tools are available without account creation or payment. We do not charge subscription or membership fees to access this content. Subscribing to CyberSanso Weekly only requires a valid email address, and you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter email.

5. Vendor Database, Data Sources & Accuracy Disclaimer

Vendor profiles, category data, and market statistics on the Site are compiled from publicly available information and primary sources, including the NIST National Vulnerability Database (NVD), the MITRE ATT&CK Framework, CERT-In advisories, vendor public documentation, press releases, and recognized market research firms such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester, and Mordor Intelligence. Category pages, vendor profiles, and statistics are reviewed at minimum quarterly, and pages display a “Last Updated” date.

While we take reasonable steps to verify accuracy, we make no warranty that vendor data, CVE entries, market statistics, or any other content is complete, current, or error-free. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for a purchasing, security, or business decision.

6. Vendor Submissions & Listings

Vendors and third parties may submit listings or content for review via our contact channels. Submitting a listing does not guarantee inclusion, placement, or any particular ranking on the Site. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to edit, reject, remove, or decline to publish any submitted listing or content at any time, without notice.

7. Editorial Independence & Sponsored Content

CyberSanso is independently operated and is not owned by, affiliated with, or funded by any cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS vendor. Vendors may pay to be featured in clearly labelled sponsored content; this does not affect our independent editorial scores, rankings, or coverage. We do not accept payment in exchange for positive editorial coverage.

Some links on CyberSanso may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase or sign up through these links, at no additional cost to you. Our editorial content and rankings are not influenced by affiliate relationships, and all sponsored content is clearly labelled as such.

9. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to CyberSanso Weekly, you consent to receive periodic emails from us via our newsletter provider (Mailchimp / MailPoet). We send our newsletter on a regular schedule and do not sell your email address to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, category guides, glossary entries, and comparison content — is owned by CyberSanso or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, share, and link to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, scrape, or redistribute substantial portions of our content, database, or vendor listings without our prior written permission.

Third-party vendor names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only; such use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

The Site contains links to third-party websites, vendor sites, and services (including affiliate links and vendor profile links) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

13. No Professional Advice

Content on CyberSanso — including vendor comparisons, compliance guides, framework explainers, and the glossary — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional cybersecurity consulting, legal, financial, or investment advice. CyberSanso does not provide cybersecurity consulting services, and you should consult a qualified professional before making security, compliance, legal, or purchasing decisions based on content found on the Site.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, tools, and data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any free tools will produce accurate or complete results.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CyberSanso and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, its content, vendor data, or free tools — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. CyberSanso is not liable for any decisions made based on content published on the Site.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberSanso, its operators, and contributors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to CyberSanso’s principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be addressed informally by contacting us at info@cybersanso.com.

Note: please confirm and insert your specific governing jurisdiction here before publishing — your business reference document lists headquarters as “Global” but names “United States” in your schema markup, so this should be finalized to one jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or for legal and regulatory reasons. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Site, or any part of it, for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice. Because the Site does not require account registration for core features, “termination” generally means restricting access to the Site itself (for example, via IP block) rather than closing a user account.
